Atlanta Dream Dominate Toronto Tempo 111-92 Behind Historic Night from Naz Hillmon

The Atlanta Dream continued their dominance over the Toronto Tempo on Friday night, rolling to a convincing 111-92 victory at Coca-Cola Coliseum. With the win, Atlanta improved to 15-10 on the season while extending its perfect record against the WNBA’s newest franchise to 3-0 overall and 2-0 on the road.

Atlanta’s starting lineup of Jordin Canada, Allisha Gray, Rhyne Howard, Naz Hillmon, and Angel Reese remained one of the league’s most effective groups, improving to 15-6 when starting together.

The Dream overwhelmed Toronto with relentless defensive pressure, forcing 20 turnovers that led to 29 points. Atlanta also controlled the interior, scoring 60 points in the paint, while adding 11 fast-break points in another balanced offensive performance.

Every member of Atlanta’s starting five scored in double figures, but it was Naz Hillmon who delivered one of the greatest shooting performances in franchise history.

Hillmon was flawless from start to finish, shooting 8-for-8 from the field, 4-for-4 from three-point range, and 4-for-4 from the free-throw line to finish with a career-high 24 points. Her perfect night set a new Atlanta franchise record for the most made field goals without a miss (8) and made her the first player in franchise history to score 24 or more points without missing a field goal or free throw.

Angel Reese continued her dominant stretch in the paint, recording her fifth consecutive double-double with 23 points and 12 rebounds, while also adding two assists and three steals. The performance marked Reese’s 17th double-double of the 2026 season.

Point guard Jordin Canada once again orchestrated the Dream offense at an elite level. Canada finished with 18 points and 13 assists for her sixth double-double of the season, recording her seventh game with 10 or more assists while committing zero turnovers. The performance also established a new Atlanta franchise record for the most 10-assist games in a single season.

Allisha Gray added 18 points, three rebounds, two assists, and one steal, while Rhyne Howard contributed 10 points, four rebounds, five assists, and a steal as Atlanta’s starting unit continued to showcase its versatility on both ends of the floor.

The Dream also welcomed back veteran forward Brionna Jones, who made her 2026 season debut. Jones provided an immediate spark off the bench with six points, six rebounds, four assists, and one steal in just over 15 minutes of action.

Atlanta broke open what had been a one-point halftime game with a dominant second half, outscoring Toronto 63-45 over the final 20 minutes. The Dream shot an impressive 54.9% from the field, connected on 24-of-28 free throws, and finished with 28 assists on 39 made field goals in one of their most complete offensive performances of the season.
