The Atlanta Dream continued their dominance over the expansion Toronto Tempo on Monday night, putting six players in double figures and tying their season high with 14 made three-pointers in a 107-95 victory.
The win moved Atlanta to 20-12 on the season and kept the Dream perfect against Toronto. Atlanta is now 4-0 all-time against the Tempo, including 2-0 at home, after completing the season sweep of Toronto during the franchise’s inaugural season.
Atlanta’s starting five of Jordin Canada, Allisha Gray, Rhyne Howard, Naz Hillmon and Angel Reese once again proved effective together. The group has now posted a 20-8 record when starting together.
The Dream took a 24-22 lead after the opening quarter before taking control in the second. Atlanta outscored Toronto 30-17 in the period to take a 54-39 advantage into halftime. The Dream eventually led by as many as 25 points before Toronto made a late push.
Atlanta shot 51.4% from the field and 43.8% from three-point range, making 14 of 32 attempts from beyond the arc. The 14 three-pointers tied the Dream’s season high.
Rhyne Howard led Atlanta with 22 points, four rebounds, seven assists, three steals and one block. She connected on six three-pointers, a team high, and recorded her 11th 20-point game of the season.
Jordin Canada added 20 points, six rebounds and nine assists, while Angel Reese finished with 20 points and 14 rebounds to record another double-double. Allisha Gray scored 15 points and added five assists and three rebounds.
Brionna Jones provided a major contribution off the bench, scoring 15 points on a perfect 5-for-5 shooting performance. The 15 points marked a season high for Jones.
Naz Hillmon rounded out Atlanta’s six double-figure scorers with 11 points, five rebounds and three assists. It marked the fourth time this season that the Dream have had six players score at least 10 points in the same game.
Reese continued to add to an already historic season. Her 14 rebounds gave her 22 double-doubles for the season, moving her into first place all-time for single-season double-doubles in Dream history. She currently leads the WNBA in double-doubles.
The performance was also Reese’s seventh game this season with at least 20 points and 10 rebounds. She shot 7-of-14 from the field and 5-of-6 from the free-throw line.
Howard’s performance came with another significant milestone. She became the fastest player in the league to reach 100 made three-pointers, accomplishing the feat in just 31 games.
Canada also reached a career milestone, scoring 20 points to reach 2,500 career points. Her nine assists marked her 28th game this season with at least five assists. Canada finished 6-of-13 from the field and 4-of-9 from three-point range.
Hillmon reached 100 career steals after recording her first steal of the night. She finished 5-of-8 from the field while contributing 11 points, five rebounds and three assists.
The victory also marked the 50th career win for Dream head coach Karl Smesko.
Toronto was led by Marina Mabrey, who scored 36 points and made seven three-pointers. Kiki Rice added 18 points, while Nyara Sabally finished with 12 points and 12 rebounds.
Despite Toronto’s fourth-quarter push, Atlanta had built enough separation to secure the victory. The Tempo outscored the Dream 28-27 in the final period, but Atlanta’s 15-point halftime advantage proved decisive.
The Dream finished with 29 assists on 36 made field goals and outrebounded Toronto 39-25.
For Atlanta, the victory was another strong example of the team’s depth, shooting and ability to get contributions throughout the lineup. With six players reaching double figures and several players reaching individual milestones, the Dream added another statement win to their 2026 campaign.
